CHEAHA is a Christian support group for homeschoolers living in Calhoun County and surrounding areas. It is NOT a homeschool covering nor a homeschool cooperative.

 

Membership runs from August 1 through May 31 of each year.

Registration for the new school year will begin on July 1st.

The 2024-2025 early bird discounted fee is $30 cash/$35 online if paid before September 1, 2024

If paid between September 1, 2024 and May 31, 2025 - the fee is $40 cash/$45 online

*The fee is PER FAMILY regardless of the number of children. This is a once-per-year sign-up fee that restarts in August of each year. There are no monthly fees involved. 

 

Membership benefits include event updates, access to the private CHEAHA Facebook group and the Members Only area of CHEAHA's website, opportunities for exclusive field trips and activities - many of which are free or at a discounted rate. You will also receive discounted membership to Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA). We also offer other benefits that vary each year. All group benefits are coordinated by volunteers who are also members of CHEAHA.

CHEAHA reserves the right to use photos taken at or for CHEAHA events and activities in any and all of its publications, including Facebook, website, and yearbook. By submitting this application, you are expressly agreeing to these terms.

We are currently offering two ways to submit your Personal Information Form, Membership and Responsibilities Statement, and your signed Code of Conduct Form, as well as payment. You can use the buttons below to complete these forms online. If you prefer to print and mail in your forms, please select the Download Forms button below, print and complete your forms, and mail them to the “Mail to” address listed on the form. We also offer the options of mailing your payment with your forms or submitting payment with cash in a labeled envelope to one of the steering committee members. We will be accepting online payments for membership this year.
